Please complete the form below to book a site at the 2026 Comrades Finish Area.
Once we have received your booking we will confirm your reservation and send you an invoice which will need to be settled within 48 hours from invoice date to confirm your site booking. We work on a strict "first come, first serve" basis. Failure to make payment within 48 hours of the invoice date, your booking will be released and allocated to the next club.
NB Dates:
7th April: Hospitality bookings OPEN
13th April: Online Food & Beverage Bookings OPEN
15th May 2026: Hospitality bookings & Catering orders CLOSE @ 12pm
1 June – 10 June 2026: Final Setup
11 June – 13 June 2026: Handover Marquees/Gazebo Sites/Suites to clients
14th June: Race day
No telephonic or WhatsApp enquiries/bookings will be accepted under any circumstances.
Catering: Orders and Payments for catering need to be cleared by 15th May 2026 to confirm your order. NO orders will be accepted after the 15th May 2026.
Please note that Site Bookings will only be confirmed on payment being cleared into our bank account. You will be given 48 hours from date of invoice to affect payment and secure your site. This will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
All enquiries and bookings must be emailed to events@wardevents.co.za and will be responded to within 24 hours. No telephonic or WhatsApp enquiries/bookings will be accepted under any circumstances.
NOTE:
- There will be no vehicle access permitted into Hollywoodbets Scottsville
Racecourse on race day. These areas all form part of the Comrades Route and finish area and will only be opened late on Sunday night – 14 June 2026. - Restricted vehicle access into these areas will only be allowed up until 16h00 on Saturday 13 June 2026 to access the club hospitality areas. This includes the dropping off of club trailers in a designated parking area at Hollywoodbets Scottsville Racecourse. All vehicles must be removed by 16h00. Trailers can be collected from 06h00 on Monday 15 June 2026.
- Due to the abovementioned All Tier 1 and 2 sites must procure all their Food and Beverages through Ward Events. This includes Comrades Marathon Association sponsors
- Tier 3 sites will be allowed to bring in their own Food and Beverage. This will however have to be carried in and must conform to the Rules and Regulations of the Security Personnel on the day.
- ALL PRICING IS INCLUSIVE OF VAT
