- Event Cancellations & Refunds
1.1 Cancellation by the Attendee
- Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to events@wardevents.co.za.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
1.2 Event Postponement or Cancellation by Ward Events
- If an event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
- If an event is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
