Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Event Cancellations & Refunds

1.1 Cancellation by the Attendee

  • Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to events@wardevents.co.za.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

1.2 Event Postponement or Cancellation by Ward Events

  • If an event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
  • If an event is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
