Once we have received your booking we will confirm your reservation and send you an invoice which will need to be settled within 48 hours from invoice date to confirm your site booking. We work on a strict "first come, first serve" basis. Failure to make payment within 48 hours of the invoice date, your booking will be released and allocated to the next club.

NB Dates: 
14th March: Hospitality bookings OPEN
7th April: Catering orders OPEN
16th May: Hospitality bookings & Catering orders CLOSE @ 12pm
8th June: Race day
No telephonic or WhatsApp enquiries/bookings will be accepted under any circumstances.

Catering: Orders and Payments for catering need to be cleared by 16th May 2025 to confirm your order. NO orders will be accepted after the 16th May 2025.

Please note:

  • NO food & beverage may be brought into Peoples Park at Moses Mahbida Stadium area and all food & beverages must be procured through ward events.
  • Sites on Masabalala Yengwa/ NMR Avenue ARE NOT SERVICED WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGES.
  • There will be no vehicle access permitted into Moses Mabhida Stadium and People’s Park or onto Masabalala Yengwa/NMR Avenue on race day. These areas all form part of the Comrades Route and finish area and will only be opened late on Sunday night – 8 June 2025
  • Restricted vehicle access into these areas will only be allowed up until 16h00 on Saturday 7 June 2025 to access the club hospitality areas. This includes the dropping off of club trailers in a designated parking area in People’s Park. All vehicles must be removed by 16h00. Trailers can be collected from 06h00 on Monday 9 June 2025.
